Each week I get asked numerous questions regarding my services, pricing, process, and much more. I thought that it might be useful to have a place to go for my future clients to read about some of what I do and answer some of their questions up front. FAQ
Do I have to pre-pay for services?
For real estate photography services from Tom Adams Media I will not charge for services until I deliver the completed images to you.
Who owns the rights to images?
Images are licensed for the duration of the listing. This means that once the listing has sold the images may not be used by any other party (i.e. used to rent property or for an Airbnb). These images can be re-licensed by the owner for these purposes for a small fee.
What services are vital for a listing?
I have a saying, "Photos sell the property and video sells the agent"! Photos (interior, exterior, and drone) are vital to showcase a listing to a potential buyer and attract offers. Video showcases the agent and allows them to prove they are an asset to potential clients.
What are your prices based on?
My prices are based on numerous factors but it comes down to a few things. First, time spent shooting. Second, travel time. And lastly, editing time. These are the three main factors that have been calculated into our pricing plans.
Should I include a virtual tour?
Since the beginning of 2020 3D Virtual Tours have been increasing on listings each year. This is partly due to the rise of COVID. Potential buyers from out of state also benefit from the availability of virtual tours as they may not be able to travel to view the home in person.
Do you only provide photos?
No! I am a full-service media provider that believes together we can benefit from multiple services under one roof. Some other services I provide are:
